To create is to live, I believe is the best way to describe the excitement and enthusiasm when an individual is inspired with an idea. I love seeing firsthand when someone shares amazing insight, it's like an energy drink for the soul and for that person it offers opportunity surrounded in a sense of accomplishment.
Great ideas often come from the inner conversation of frustration and questioning. It electrifies the desire to make something better or inspire individuals to be part of something bigger than themselves.

The peculiar quality about an innovator is their intensity and braveness to go beyond what they know, and treat the unknown as something to accomplish. It gives them a kind of power that is lost to most in everyday life.
It is this innate power that breaths the possibility of making dollars in often an uncertain economy. The secret is their hope of bringing about change and this is always accompanied with optimism resulting in passion.
To move forward and develop an idea is merely a simple decision, but if you are like me, when I have made a decision I often require support of others or I need to remind myself of why I chose a particular path. One of the crazy things that help me is putting signs on the back of my toilet door. This is quite personal information, but I thought its worth mentioning. On the days when I am finding it tough and thoughts of excuses grip my mind, I observe a reminder that brings back clarity and motivation. My memory and the collective expectations I previously set for myself sheds new light, illuminating potential solutions and reinvigorating my fervor for a project.
