Just a quick email to let you know that the hoist you installed for my wife, Maria, a month or so ago is doing its job very well and operates flawlessly.  Maria is now very experienced in operating the hoist.  It takes her only a couple of minutes to get the scooter out of the car's boot or put it back in.  She can now again visit shopping centres and other places without needing the assistance to get the scooter out and in the car's boot, this was something she couldn't do for years, and this greatly enhances her independence.

We are very happy we selected your product and services a couple of months ago as the build quality of the hoist gives me confidence that it will probably outlast several scooters.
